Although I paid 3X the cost of the Pup IF I could have purchased it in the store, it arrived in great condition and on time for Holiday. The first company I orded the pup from through Amazon, tested the Tuggin’ Pup prior to shipping and found it to be defective. The company notified us of the defective Pup and cancelled the order. Luckily, we found a second store with the same item. I have found the companies I deal with through Amazon to stand behind their products and service. Thank You Amazon
